Plant Description:

Bacopa monnieri is one of the traditional medicinal plants in Ayurveda medicine, where it is also called Brahmi. The Bacopa extract is now being widely promoted to enhance memory, cardiovascular, gastrointestinal, hepatic, neurological and also respiratory problems. The Bacopa plant is easily recognized by its spreading habit, sessile and fleshy leaves and light bluish purple or white flowers. It is distributed throughout India.
